Welcome to 8th grade U.S. History!!
This year, we will cover the first part of U.S. History, from 1500 to 1877.
8th grade U.S. History is a TAKS tested class. We have lots of information to cover in a small amount of time. This will be a very rigorous and fast paced year -- you will HAVE to work hard, study hard and complete your homework to be successful in class.
I began at Peet in 2005 and am thrilled to be in the History Department. I have been a History teacher for many years and try to pass on my passion for History to my students.
