Welcome to my class. My name is Margie Rhea. In August of 2000 I joined the staff at Peet Junior High as a 7th grade language arts teacher and department chairperson. Prior to joining the Peet team, I worked at Jefferson Davis High School (Houston ISD), and taught dance, English, and speech communications. I am an alumnae of the University of Houston, and a "diehard" Cougar fan. My family resides on Lake Conroe, and we now proudly call Montgomery County "our home".
The true rewards that I receive as a teacher are from the successes acquired by my students inside and outside of the classroom. I love language arts, and I strive to teach my students to love it as well. I invite you, as students and parents, to work together with me to achieve a wonderful and successful year of learning.
