This year we are focusing on the TEKS verbiage to make sure that our students thinking at high levels of Bloom's. You may want to visit the following website to learn more:
I have also included a website that shows how you can help your children at home with reading comprehension following the levels of Bloom's Taxonomy. The story is one that we all know, Goldlilocks and the Three Bears. You can then apply these same questioning strategies to all the types of books the children read. Have fun!
I also invite you to visit the TEA website. There is so much information for our parents on this site such as released TAKS tests, the TEKS for each subject area, the statewide results of the TAKS tests, and so much more.
