Hauke Academic Alternative High School offers: minimum graduation plan as well as the recommended graduation plan,
its own May graduation ceremony, flexible, individual scheduling, modified curriculum and instruction, smaller student/teacher ratio, opportunity to earn eight credits per year, seven period school day.

-Have good Attendance
-Is a good citizen
-Not a severe chronic discipline problem
Students who fit the Hauke criteria may apply for acceptance by filling out and submitting an application, which are available in secondary counselors office, or may be mailed or faxed from Hauke. Once an application is received, current academic, attendance, and discipline data is evaluated. Parents and school counselors are then notified of the decision. This is meant to be a short process and typically takes about a week. If the student is accepted, the parent and student will be invited to Hauke to see the campus and make a schedule to start. Applications are processed continually throughout the year.
