Gifting to the ASHP Gifting to the Academy for Science & Health is one way that you can make a Difference in the educational lives of students for many years to come. Your contribution will immediately impact the everyday classroom students attend by providing additional avenues for equipment, field experiences, research initiatives, and video-conferencing supplementing an already outstanding standard curriculum. All Gifting is strictly designated to serve students only and is a Tax Deductible contribution. Why Gift? President George W. Bush in his 2006 State of the Union message to the American Public stated, “We must continue to lead the world in human talent and creativity. Our greatest advantage in the world has always been our educated, hardworking, ambitious people…to encourage innovation…and to give our nation’s children a firm grounding in math and science. We need to encourage children to take more math and science…” Some examples of what your Gifting will support includes: medical, law, business, and engineering school tours across the State of Texas with a regional emphasis, bringing in regional, state, and nationally-renowned Distinguished Lecturers, specialized, state-of-the-art equipment purchases for science, math, technology, and healthcare classroom use, partial sponsorship of elite-level, college-based two-week to eight week research-focused internships across the state and regionally, partial sponsorship of students attending fall and summer workshops held by universities, colleges, and the National Consortium for Specialized, Secondary Schools of Science, Math, and Technology partial sponsorship of Science Saturday Mentoring programs for intermediate school students partial sponsorship of week-long summer science camps for intermediate, junior high, and high school students Levels of Gifting Gifting to the ASHP is an accessible option to everyone wishing to become a patron of this specialized math, science, technology, and health careers magnet program. A dynamic package of acknowledgements for supporting patrons is currently available. Currently seven levels of Gifting are available, but no Gift goes unnoticed or unacknowledged. We accept donations of any amount, whether thousands of dollars or $10. Below the seven levels of Gifting are described for you. Board of Regents Level - $10,000 and Above At this level of support Board of Regents donors receive: Acknowledgement at the ASHP letterhead level (deliverable across all local, state, regional, and national correspondence) Acknowledgement at the ASHP Campus Profile level (deliverable across state, regional, and national collegiate levels) Name and logo recognition in the annual General Information Bulletin used in annual recruitment efforts (sent to over 1400 households within Montgomery County as well as regional distribution and to include electronic distribution via the ASHP website) Website recognition at the ASHP Homepage (accessible through the Conroe ISD website and on the WWW) Recognition acknowledgement of Board of Regent support at all public meetings of the recruitment effort (historical figures range between 200-350 families attend annually) Name and logo recognition signage at all ASHP Parent meetings (nine monthly meetings attended by 280 families monthly) Name and logo recognition signage at all ASHP public events, community service events Name and recognition in all marketing/press materials annually Verbal recognition at ASHP events and programs Advance notice of exhibits, programs and events A plaque of acknowledgement of the level of sponsorship and year of sponsorship Complimentary ASHP Campus Profile Complimentary ASHP window decal Chancelor Level - $5,000-$9,999 At this level of support Chancellor donors receive: Name and logo recognition in the annual General Information Bulletin used in annual recruitment efforts (to include electronic distribution via the ASHP website) Acknowledgement at the ASHP Campus Profile level (deliverable across state, regional, and national collegiate levels) Website recognition at the ASHP Homepage (accessible through the Conroe ISD website and on the WWW) Name and logo recognition signage at each local ASHP Parent meetings (nine monthly meetings attended by 280 families monthly) Verbal recognition at ASHP events and programs Advance notice of exhibits, programs and events A plaque of acknowledgement of the level of sponsorship and year of sponsorship Complimentary ASHP window decal President Level - $2,500 - $4,999 At this level of support President donors receive: Name and logo recognition in the annual General Information Bulletin used in annual recruitment efforts Acknowledgement at the ASHP Campus Profile level (deliverable across state, regional, and national collegiate levels) Website recognition at the ASHP Homepage (accessible through the Conroe ISD website and on the WWW) Verbal recognition at ASHP events and programs Advance notice of exhibits, programs and events A plaque of acknowledgement of the level of sponsorship and year of sponsorship Complimentary ASHP window decal Principal’s Circle Level - $1,000 - $2499 At this level of support Principal’s donors receive: Name and logo recognition in the annual General Information Bulletin used in annual recruitment efforts Acknowledgement at the ASHP Campus Profile level (deliverable across state, regional, and national collegiate levels) Website recognition at the ASHP Homepage (accessible through the Conroe ISD website and on the WWW) A plaque of acknowledgement of the level of sponsorship and year of sponsorship Complimentary ASHP window decal School Partner Level - $500 - $999 At this level of support School Partner donors receive: Website recognition at the ASHP Homepage (accessible through the Conroe ISD website and on the WWW) A plaque of acknowledgement of the level of sponsorship and year of sponsorship Complimentary ASHP window decal Friend of Education Level - $100 - $499 At this level of support Friend of Education donors receive: Framed acknowledgement of the level of sponsorship and year of sponsorship Complimentary ASHP window decal General Donations Any amount accepted How To Gift to ASHP Gifting to the ASHP is a simple, stress-free, with multiple options to those electing to participate. OPTION A Step 1: Contact Dr. Mary Jo Parker, Headmaster of the ASHP indicating you/your company wish to become a Patron of the ASHP through its GIFTING program. Step 2: Dr. Parker will arrange to meet you onsite at your company to insure all company information and logo is acquire and accurate. It is at this time that your donation will be received and a Tax Deductible form and receipt will be provided to you. Step 3: Shortly thereafter you will receive press-ready samples/images of all acknowledgements based on your level of support followed by a timeline of events and meetings where your level of support will be publicized. OPTION B Step 1: Contact Dr. Mary Jo Parker, Headmaster of the ASHP indicating you/your company wish to become a Patron of the ASHP through its GIFTING program. Step 2: Remit your donation through the mail to the ASHP address and a Tax Deductible form and receipt will be returned to you/your company. Include your company information and logo for use in all acknowledgements. Step 3: Shortly thereafter you will receive press-ready samples/images of all acknowledgements based on your level of support followed by a timeline of events and meetings where your level of support will be publicized. Timeline for Annual Gifting to the ASHP For inclusion in current school year printed acknowledgements all donations must be received by August 31^st. Donations received by the deadline will be included in normal layout design setups prior to printing. All other forms of acknowledgement remain immediate, original, and normal in layout design Donations received after the August 31^st deadline will be included in all print materials with an insert acknowledgement.
