The  Washington JH Student Council represents the student body.  The council is a student representative voice in school, organizing programs, committees and activities to support the student life, general school community and the Conroe community as a whole.
Our goal is to enhance school spirit, making the Junior High experience more enjoyable for the students and faculty, and to serve the student body, faculty and community in a positive manner.

WJH Student Council has been named an Outstanding Student Council in the State of Texas. They also received awards for their work in Energy and Environment, Pride and Patriotism, Community Service, and Drugs, Alcohol, Safety and Health Education. We at Washington are very proud of these students for the example they set for others, the pride they have brought to WJH and their continuing commitment to serving others.
