My philosophy of education is that everyone on the faculty and staff of BTWJHS must “Work Together And Pull Together” to ensure the success of all students.
I am 1985 “Outstanding” graduate of Conroe High School.
I attended Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of
Science Degree in 1989 in Curriculum and Instruction.
I taught 9th grade Physical Science, 10th grade biology, and 11th grade chemistry at Hauke Alternative School in C.I.S.D. from 1990-1995.
In the fall of 1995, I went to Crockett, TX, as an Assistant Principal for 3 years at Crockett Intermediate School.
In the fall of 1998, I came back to C.I.S.D. as an assistant principal at Peet Jr. High School for the next two years.
In the spring of 2000, I was named principal of Booker T. Washington Jr. High School.
I was nominated and have been listed as an Honored Professional in the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals 2002 Edition.
