Help Support Oak Ridge Elementary

There are many ways to support Oak Ridge Elementary, and it really requires very little effort on your part.  Here is how:

1.        Recycle!  We can do our part to keep our environment clean, and help ORE get cash back at the same time!

                ·       Use the recycle bin in the ORE parking lot for all of your newspaper, magazine, and phone book trash!

                ·       Recycle your printer cartridges!  Please save your printer cartridges and send them to school.  We will pack them up and send them in for recycling.

                ·       Clean out your closet and bring your old clothes, shoes and small appliances to the red donation bin in the parking lot.  It helps with your spring                             cleaning and raises money for ORE!

2.  Please save your Campbell Soup labels!  Campbell’s Soup will donate supplies to our school for your efforts.

3.  Save those Box Tops for Education!  There are 3 ways Oak Ridge Elementary can earn money using Box Tops for Education.  You can turn in your                        labels any time by putting them in an envelope with your child's name and teacher on them.  

                ·       Clip box tops and save them for our school.   A list of products that have the box top label is available on the box top web site.

                ·       By going to the Box Tops for Education web site you can create your own user ID, click on the Market Place tab, and shop at over 200 stores. General                    Mills will donate up to 8% of your purchases to ORE’s Box Top account, and there is NO additional charge for you.  Think about doing some of your                               Christmas shopping this year online.  It saves you time, and earns ORE money!  A list of participating stores is on the box tops web site.

                ·       At the Box Top web site you can apply for a Box Top Visa, 1% of all of your purchases will be donated to our school.  

                You can also get FREE coupons for General Mills products!  Log on at: www.boxtops4education.com to register.  Oak Ridge Elementary gets the credit, and you receive free coupons for General Mills products.

4.  When shopping at Kroger, please remember to use your Kroger Share Card.  Kroger will donate 1% back on every purchase.  If you need a Kroger Share                  Card, please stop by the front office and we will be happy to give you one!!

5.  If you shop at Randalls, have your Randalls card linked to the number #10654.  You can do this by visiting the customer service booth at any                        Randalls store.  Randalls will donate 1% back on your purchase.

6.  Visa Cards:  If you have a Target or Box Top Visa use them every time you shop.  These Visa cards will donate 1% back to ORE on every purchase.

7.While shopping at Office Depot don’t forget to use # 70095560.  Or simply tell the cashier that you would like Oak Ridge Elementary to                        receive the credit.  Office Depot donates 5% back on every purchase.

8.  When shopping at Hodges Food Basket don’t forget to place your receipts in the Owl Box in the front of the store.  ORE receives a percentage back for all purchases.

9.Tyson Foods will donate 24 cents per label to our school!  This is a great deal!  Look for the Tyson Project A+ label.  Cut out the section that says                 “Support Your School!” as shown in the example below.  Keep these labels in an envelope together to turn in your child’s class room with your child's name                       and teacher written on it.
