SCHOOL HOURS

   The Glen Loch school day is 8:00 am to 3:05 pm.

• 7:30 am -  Doors open
• 7:45 am - First bell 
• 8:05 am - Tardy bell
• Pre - Kindergarten
  • AM classes - 8:05 am to 11:05 am
  • PM classes - 12:05 pm to 3:05 pm
  • Bus transportation is provided for Kindergarten mid day dismissal / arrival.

NEW STUDENTS must register with the following information:

•  Birth certificate
•  Social Security card (If no card, a state ID# will be assigned)
•  Proof of residence (current utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
•  Up to date Immunization record
  • DPT or DT        (4 doses)     One dose must be after 4th birthday
  • POLIO             (3 doses)      One dose must be after 4th birthday
  • Measles            (2 doses)      Received after the 1st birthday
  • Mumps              (1 dose)        Received after the 1st birthday
  • Rubella             (1 dose)        Received after the 1st birthday
  • Hib CV              (1 dose)       18 months to 4 years is required
  • HepB                (3 doses)      Students born on/after 9/2/1992     
  • Varicella           (1 dose)        Students born on/after 9/2/1992 (or disease history verification)
• Valid Driver's License
• Any Legal Documentation
      
• Pre-Kindergarten - Your child will need to be 4 years old on or before September 1 of the current school year.  Complete a Pre-Kindergarten application and provide proof of a current month's income.
• Kindergarten - Your child will need to be 5 years old on or before September 1 of the current school year. 
• New students enrolling from another school - A withdrawal form from your child's previous school that includes current grades is required.  Provide a list of all previous schools attended and addresses and phone numbers for those schools.
