The library collection has over 10,000 items including books, videos, audio cassettes, CD-ROM's and periodicals. There is an Easy/Everybody section, reference section, fiction section, biography section, and non-fiction section. We also have a professional area, as well as a parent resource section. We have many A.R. Books which are part of the whole library collection.
The Ford Library is a place that meets the needs of students, parents, and staff members. Students in grades 1 thru 4 visit the library once a week to check out books. While at the library, they participate in lessons that teach library skills and are encouraged to develop their own love of reading.
Students enjoy listening to Mrs. Parks read a story to them.
