Perfect Attendance Popcorn

This program is jointly organized by the school staff and PTO. Students with perfect attendance for each 9 weeks are rewarded with a bag of popcorn during lunch time. Kaufman staff monitor the attendance records and the PTO purchases the popcorn and bags. Volunteers are needed to bag the popcorn and hand the bags out during lunch time.

Fundraising sales awards

The PTO organizes different reward activities for participation and goal achievement for the various fundraisers sponsored by the PTO. These rewards vary according to the fundraiser and may include:
* Ice cream parties for classrooms with highest participation in school wide events
* Cookie dough Sales – Limo rides, Pump It Up party, Money Box, etc.

Accelerated Reader (AR) Store

This program is organized by the library staff. When students read designated Accelerated Reader books and take a comprehension test over the book, they earn points which are converted into AR money. At the end of each 9 weeks, they have the opportunity to spend their AR money at the AR Store, held in the library. Volunteers are needed to staff the AR Store.
