How to Reset your Conroe I.S.D. Passwords:
Log the user in via installed First Class client
--make sure it's not the web client accessed via Internet Explorer, change the password (Collaborate>Change Password),
EXIT First class (do not CLOSE, EXIT)
log in twice to First Class with new password, wait 15 minutes, try to log in to TAC or your campus server.
