Go to your new podcast online:

Click the button below the feed link information.  Click past any security warnings you receive.

If your user has ITunes installed, the podcast will automatically download to ITunes and they will be able to navigate to it and play it.  If they do not have ITunes, it should play in the browser window.

Or, instead of downloading the podcast to ITunes, click the XML button nexct to the link text.
