If you are unable to log in to First Class, please follow these instructions:
Click here: home.fc, and choose "Save"
Choose the Save As location, then navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\account name\My Documents\FirstClass\settings
Make sure FirstClass is not running in your system tray. If it is, right click it and choose "Exit" before continuing.
If you receive a warning that a file already exists by that name, choose to replace the file.
Use the FirstClass icon on your desktop to access CISD FirstClass.
To restore your custom icons once you are logged in to FirstClass, open the "Settings" conference on your FirstClass desktop and double click the CISD icons file. Choose "Update."
Use this icon from now on to log in to First Class. It contains the setting you need to connect to the new server address, ramp.conroeisd.net.
