In evaluating qualified proposals, the following considerations are taken into account for award recommendations: price, overall quality and value to the District, suitability for the intended use, probability of continuous availability, and vendor’s service and delivery capabilities. It is not the policy of the Conroe Independent School District to purchase on the basis of low prices alone. Below is a list of tabulations or recaps of previously awarded CSP's/RFP's or quotes.
