What do I do if I forget my Password?
Go to https://hac.conroeisd.net/homeaccess/Register/forgot.aspx. Click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions.
What do I do if I forget my User I.D.?
Go to https://hac.conroeisd.net/homeaccess/Register/default.aspx?From=Reregister. Click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions.
What do I do if I forgot my User I.D., completed the instructions for retrieving my User I.D., but the process did not work?
Please go through the entire HAC Registration process again.
What do I do if I did not receive an email with my password?
Go to https://hac.conroeisd.net/homeaccess/Register/forgot.aspx and fill out the required information.

You must apply for a new account. Last year's accounts no longer work.
What do I do if I still did not receive an email with my password?
Do you use AOL, Earthlink or Road Runner? These service providers are blocking some email from conroeisd.net. We recommend that you use an alternative email address such as http://www.gmail.com,
http://mail.yahoo.com or http://www.hotmail.com. If you formerly used Road Runner, please make sure to convert your account to Comcast, then sign up again for a HAC Account. If you prefer, you may use one of the free email accounts above to register. Some applications or providers mark HAC email as "spam" or "junk." Make sure your HAC confirmation is not in your email account's junk folder and that you have "whitelisted" or cleared conroeisd.net email.
What if I still did not receive an email with my password?
Be sure that your email system is accepting "junk" email. Conroe ISD sends out thousands of emails each night. Your email provider may be identifying conroeisd.net as a spammer and blocking the emails you want to receive.
What if I received the conformation email, but I cannot click on the link?
Your email provider is blocking the email as spam. You can click to “View as HTML” or “Display Contents.” You will then be able to click the link to complete your registration.
What if after clicking “I Agree that I am the Legal Parent/Guardian of this student” I get an error stating "vb.script cannot..." ?
Safari and Opera web browsers are not supported when you initially sign up. You must use Internet Explorer or Firefox for initial sign-up. After completing registration, you can use Safari or Opera to log in to Home Access Center.
What if I have problems with Home Access Center pages or access?
First, try using a different computer. Please note that Conroe ISD Technology Department cannot help you diagnose problems on your personal computer.
What if I have multiple students in the district? Can I use one User I.D.?
The Technology Department is diligently working to resolve this issue, but we need your help. When you sign up for student 1, for example, use User I.D. amber1; for student 2, amber2; for student 3, amber3, etc. Please ensure you use the same email address when requesting access to your students’ information. This will help us identify accounts that need to be combined into a single User I.D. Otherwise, your accounts may not be able to be merged.
