Home Access Center

Where parents and secondary students can get up-to-date student information, including grades, attendance history and class assignments to improve communication among parents, students and school counselors.
Text Box: Important Information: *You will be required to register separately with a unique username for each individual student you have enrolled in CISD. Please use this format for multiple students so that we will be able to combine your accounts in the future: student 1, use User I.D. amber1; for student 2, amber2; for student 3, amber3 etc. **Currently, married guardians are only permitted one registered email address per student, because in the Guardian 1 field, there can only be one registered email address, for example, John and Mary Smith are the parents of Sally Smith. Mary registers her email address and she and John use one user id to log in and check on Sally’s progress. If Sally’s parents separate, and John becomes Guardian 2 in Sally’s student record, then both parents will be able to create accounts using their own email addresses and user ids.

Home Access Center Frequently Asked Questions

To insure the security of your student’s information, before registering for a Home Access Center (HAC) account you must first verify your identity and register your email address.*

 

1. Open your web browser and navigate to this web address:  https://secure.conroeisd.net/parent/parent.asp.

 

2. Fill in your student’s information exactly as it appears in the district’s system.  If the information you submit matches the district’s records for your student, your email address will be added to the record, and you may proceed with HAC registration; however, if it does not match, an account cannot be created.  Notice the red text on the “Registration Error” page and compare it to known information.  If the information you have typed in is correct, please contact your student’s campus to update the data, then try to register again in one or two days.

 

Once you have verified and/or completed your student’s records by visiting the site above, you are ready to create a HAC account.

 

3. Open your web browser and navigate to this web address:  https://hac.conroeisd.net.  Click on the registration link on the right side of the screen where you see “you can register by clicking here.”

 

4.  Follow the on-screen prompts and submit the requested information.

 

5.  Check your email using the account associated with the address you submitted in step 2.

 

6. Open the email you received from homeaccess@conroeisd.net and click the link in the email body.  If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your junk mail folder.  This email is time sensitive and the link will expire shortly after it has been sent.  (The HAC Admin email address is unmonitored.  Please do not reply to the message you receive.)  If you still do not receive the email, please read the FAQs at this site:

7.  Enter and submit your desired username and password.

 

8. After you have successfully completed the process, you will receive this message:  “Thank you for activating your account.  Please click here to log in.”

 

9. You will be redirected to the login page where you can now log in to HAC using the username and password you created.
