Are your Tetanus Shots Due?

Tetanus shots are due every 10 years...most 7th and 8th grade students require a booster by this time....Notices for students needing shots have been sent home with report, please watch your mail.  

Students will not receive schedules in August if their shots are not up to date.

Check with your doctor next time you take your child ....it can be given early and will save another trip.

If you need to know when your child's Tetanus booster is due please contact the clinic.

We do not receive information from the doctor or clinic....Make sure you get a shot record send it to the school clinic....we will copy it and return it to  you.
