I was born in Indiana and grew up in Michigan. After graduating from Michigan State University in 1982, I moved to Texas. I taught for 10 years in the Lake Jackson area and moved to the Woodlands in 1992. This will be my 15th year to teach in the Woodlands. My husband, Allen, is a native Texan and is employed by Natco as a chemical engineer. My daughter, Amanda, is a graduate of Texas A & M ( gig em' ) and is attending The University of Houston Law School. My son, Eric, is a freshman at Michigan State University. Hobbies I enjoy are scrapbooking, reading, and spending time at our lake house on Lake Livingston. I am in my sixth year of teaching at Buckalew Elementary and feel blessed to be at such a loving and caring school.
