Grading Report cards are issued once every 9 weeks. Progress reports are issued between each grading period. Subject Area Grades: 90--100 Excellent 75--89 Satisfactory 70--74 Needs Improvement Below 70 Unsatisfactory Conduct and Specials Grades: E = Excellent S = Satisfactory NI = Needs Improvement U = Unsatisfactory Grading Policy: Beginning January Point Deductions: No name:  -5 points Missing capital: - 2 points Missing ending punctuation: - 2 points Misspelled word that is on the page: - 2 points Late work: Work not completed before lunch may be taken to study hall and finished at recess without penalty. Afternoon work that is not finished by the end of the day may not be taken home; however, students may work on it during morning work time and announcements the next day. Work turned in after recess or morning work time will be graded as is.
