Welcome to the Lamar Library! My name is Mrs. King, and I am the new librarian. I'm very excited about the school year and the opportunity to work with your children.
Please consider volunteering in the library. I can't have a successful program without reliable volunteers. Duties would include shelving books, assisting with check out, assisting the libraria, helping with book fairs, etc. It is much more fun than it sounds, trust me! :-)
Breaking News!!! The library has a new operating program called "Destiny"! It is web-based, so it can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection. It also has a home page with useful, fun and informative links for the use of Lamar teachers, students, and families. Check it out on the link below!
